In sculpture, the period features Mahayana Buddhist images and highly developed quadrangular clay votive tablets which became a widespread international style in much of Southeast Asia and depict the Mahayana pantheon. In architecture, the period features temples in cruciform plans with cellas surrounded by smaller shrines.</skos:note>
