Descripción
Dams built using materials that are excavated, transported, and placed by hydraulic methods. Coarse materials of the slush settle at the outer edge and finer materials settle towards the center, forming an impervious central core. Compaction is not done, and poor drainage and settlement may cause failure of this type of dam.
