Descripción
Outer sheets or boards that are part of, or are attached to, groups of leaves, whether a substantial block or a single gathering; sometimes simply the first page of a document, as for example of a leaflet, if it is designed as distinct from the body of the document. Designed to protect the text block or gathering within, and often carrying information about it such as the title, and decoration.
