Descripción
A substance that adds oxygen or removes hydrogen in chemical reaction with another compound. Used as bleaches that whiten or decolorize in conjunction with oxidizing agents. Examples of reducing agents include: sulfites, bisulfites, dithionite, and sodium borohydride.
