Descripción
People or corporate bodies who are responsible for most of the work at the construction site, including that performed by the subcontractors. The services of a general contractor are unlimited as to the type of work which he or she may do for the project. For contractors whose services are limited to the construction of commercial buildings and single-dwelling or multiple-dwelling residential buildings, use "building contractors."
