Cruciform

Having the form or plan of two lines or bars intersecting at right angles and placed perpendicular to the horizontal plane; having the shape of a cross. For forms having the shape of the 24th letter of the English alphabet, in which two bars or lines of equal length intersect, but not necessarily forming right angles and where the bars run diagonally across the vertical plane, use "X-shaped."
