Descripción
Cross in the shape of the Greek letter tau, that is, T-shaped. In Christianity and other ancient societies, the tau cross symbolized life, resurrection, reincarnation, and blood sacrifice. Used in the crux ansata or ankh of ancient Egyptian symbolism, in heraldry, on a St. Anthony's cross as a sacred symbol, and by St. Francis of Assisi as the symbol of his order.
