Descripción
Refers to the styles of a disparate group of landscape painters active from the early 1880s in and around the town of Newlyn, in Cornwall. The artists in the group, such as Stanhope Forbes, Walter Langley, and Frank Bramleyl, were known to continue the French naturalist and English Pre-Raphaelite traditions in their work.
