Descripción
Refers to a Neolithic style and culture that developed in the Tisza river valley in eastern Europe in the fifth and fourth millennia BCE. It is characterized by an emphasis on fishing and hunting in addition to agriculture, creation of textiles, and distinctive clay figures that are decorated with complex, abstract designs, and are built up like pots, rather than being created through modeling.
