Descripción

Refers to a Mesolithic style and culture that is named after the site at Fère-en-Tardenois in northern France, and existed in France, Belgium, the British Isles, and elsewhere in western Europe. It is characterized by distinctive arrowheads, including chisel-ended arrowheads, other microliths, and by occupation sites that are typically sandy regions and plateaus. It is related to the Azilian culture.
