The style and culture of an Indian dynasty known in several branches, including the Chalukyas of Badami, the later Chalukyas of Kalyana, the branch in western India known as the Chalukyas of Gujarat, and the branch known as the Eastern Chalukyas, or Chalukyas of Vengi, who ruled in Andhra in the 7th century CE.
