Descripción

Armchairs designed to sit in a corner, having a back continuing around two sides of the seat and over three legs, with the fourth leg placed under the middle front of the seat. The back is typically rounded, and the occupant may sit facing foward, or to either side. The form was popular in 18th-century Britain, Europe, and North America.
