Descripción
Ornate late-19th- and early-20th-century kerosene table lamps consisting of globular or egg-shaped bases of glass and brass or all brass into which fitted a metal font and a glass shade, often either spherical or hemispherical. Bases and shades were frequently matching, especially when they were of painted glass. Refers also to similar lamps with fancy fabric shades.
