Descripción
Javelins of the ancient Franks, Anglo-Saxons, and others, comprising a long spear with a double barb, one tongue of which is longer than the other and flame-shaped. The weapon is found primarily in grave goods of the wealthy, and is believed to have been rarely used on the battlefield.
