Descripción
Known as the earliest cursive writing in China, it appeared during the Eastern Han (25-220 CE) as an abbreviated form of clerical script. Though the strokes within a single character are connected together, each character stands alone without linking to another. The brushstrokes still preserve characteristics of clerical script.
