Descripción
Sliding wooden shutters, translated roughly as "rain panels", that would slide in front of the doorways at night or during bad weather and were stored in special storage boxes attached to the wall of the building when not in use. They first appeared in the late 16th century and were found on a variety of buildings from temples to personal houses.
