Descripción

Wood of the species Eucalyptus pilularis of Australia. It is similar in appearance to oak, light-brown to brown in color, with the heartwood often having a pinkish tinge. It is used in bridge decking, flooring, joists, posts, rails, tool handles, and small turned articles. The wood can have a greasy feel and tends to warp and crack.
