Descripción

Hydrazine is a hydronitrogen compound and a powerful reducing agent. It is a colorless liquid synthesized for use in pesticides and as a corrosion inhibitor in boilers. It is also a component in rocket fuels. In conservation, hydrazine has been used to reduce manganese content in medieval stained glass and thus to lighten browning.
